Reservations are made exclusively through the online platform. Reservations are confirmed after confirmation of full payment.



Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours after booking, up to a maximum of 7 days before check-in. Refunds of reservations are not permitted within 7 days, except for the cleaning fee.


Reservation change:

Changes regarding the number of nights can be made subject to availability.


Booking issues:

If there is a problem with the property and it is not available on the dates initially booked, undertakes to arrange an alternative property. If this is not possible, the full amount of the initial amount agreed upon booking will be refunded


Entrance and exit:

The apartments have an electronic lock which allows a completely autonomous check-in. It should be remembered that during this period, and due to COVID, the cleaning of apartments between guests takes longer. Because of this, check-in time is from 5 pm. Any changes to this schedule will be agreed between the parties and depends on availability at the property. Check-out must take place by 10am.


Number of guests:

The maximum capacity of each property must be respected, except when accompanied by children up to 2 years of age, in the properties where this is mentioned. In that case, you must notify the company allowing the appropriate action to be taken.

Parties or events or any other type of noise are not allowed; Extra people and visitors are not allowed.

General obligations and responsibilities of the guests

Guests are responsible for their behavior and that of all persons accompanying them; Pets are not allowed; Smoking is not allowed; Guests must take all belongings when they leave the house, close the windows and the front door;

Most properties are located in residential buildings, so legal noise levels must be respected. Do not make any noise that disturbs the neighbors and always respect the rest period, between 09:00pm and 10:00am, from Monday to Friday and throughout the weekend reserves the right to take legal action, if and when complaints are made on behalf of the resident community, regarding guest misconduct. If this action is necessary, guests are asked to leave, and no refund will be made.

Guests are responsible for costs associated with property damage


Rules for using common parts of the building:

Do not smoke, on balconies, gardens, backyards or any part of the building.

Do not extend clothing outside the original building locations and check that the extended clothing does not harm the lower floors.

Do not throw water, garbage, cigarette butts or debris of any kind through windows or in areas that affect neighbors.

Do not put your things in common parts of the building, such as bicycles, motorbikes and containers.


General rights and obligations of the administration of is responsible for information and photos posted on the website. However, due to the pandemic, decorative objects such as pillows were removed, so the photos may not correspond to reality.

We assume the guidelines of the DGS (General Directorate of Health), with the apartment bearing the “Clean & Safe” seal, attributed by Turismo de Portugal.
